Pricing
All prices listed on this website are in $AUD unless otherwise stated.
Confirmation
Confirmation of a booking by the client must be made in writing within 14 days of the tentative reservation.
Deposit
A minimum of 25% of the Estimated Function cost is required at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable. A further deposit equivalent to 30% of the estimated functions cost is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment
All function accounts are to be paid in full prior to the function unless prior arrangements require full payment within seven days of the function.
Minimum numbers
A minimum surcharge of $4000.00 is applicable to functions of 30 guests or under.
Cancellation
In the event of the function being cancelled within 90 days prior to the function, all deposits will be forfeited and the client shall upon demand of Waterfront Venues, pay a fee of up to 50% of the estimated function cost.
Final attendance
A guaranteed minimum number of guests attending functions are required by 12.00pm (AEST), two working days prior to the event and charges will be rendered accordingly. It is the responsibility of the client to contact Waterfront Venues regarding final numbers. Should a guaranteed number not be received, the expected attendance will be taken as final, unless the attendance has been amended by a signed Banquet Event Order.
Room rental charge
Function room rental charges are dependant on the time period required, the number of guests in attendance and the overall catering requirements.
Commencement & Vacating of rooms
The Client agrees to begin the function and vacate the designated function space at the scheduled times agreed upon. In the event that a function should go beyond the agreed finishing time and if the following client is inconvenienced, we reserve the right to charge whatever extra costs are reasonably incurred to ensure the smooth operation of that function.
Responsibility
Waterfront Venues will not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise left in the venue or function area prior to or after the function. Clients should arrange their own insurance and/or security. All clients goods must be removed from the venue no more than 48 hours after the function.
